Use comma in CSV exports on systems with Hungarian regional settings

Go to the Control Panel, Clock, Language and Region, Change date, time, or number formats. Change the Decimal symbol to . and the List separator to ,.

In Excel, go to Save as and pick the CSV (Comma delimited) type. In Hungarian systems, the type name is always CSV (pontosvesszővel tagolt), even if you changed the list separator from semicolon to comma.
