$ pip install -r requirements.txt
$ python extract_egs.py

Editing the Spec

1. edit index-nametemplate.html
2. run python rename_names.py
3. open index-respec.html
4. test links (etc)
5. (when happy) save index.html using the ReSpec menu in the top right corner of index-respec.html
6. ship it!
